Weekly property checks for absentee owners may be customized but typically cover exterior & interiors as follows:
Exterior - Check for irregularities, ensure landscaping and pool are maintained. Interior - Check for plumbing leaks, run/flush water through all tubs/showers, sinks, and toilets to keep traps full and prevent sewer, septic gases and insects from entering your home.
Maintain 5 gallon buckets of water inside your home for moisture control during summer months (June-September).
